Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

CommercialWasteReview (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by LSL Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company. CommercialWasteReview is a transparency and information tool. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not your waste hauler, broker, or agent.

2. What the Service Does

CommercialWasteReview analyzes documents you upload (a waste hauling contract, an invoice, or both) and generates a written report that may identify: contract terms of potential concern, billing discrepancies between your contract and invoice, upcoming renewal or cancellation deadlines, and general information relevant to those findings.

Where applicable, your report may include a sample letter. These materials are examples and templates only — they are not legal advice, and they are not customized to your specific contract, jurisdiction, or circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and tailoring any such material to fit your specific situation before using it, and for deciding whether to send or use it. We do not send anything on your behalf, we do not contact your hauler, and we do not negotiate with any third party for you. Any communication with your hauler, and any action taken as a result of your report, is taken by you, in your own name and capacity — not by us, and not by us as your agent or representative.

3. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

The report and all associated materials are generated using automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional.

Contract interpretation can vary by jurisdiction and by the specific facts of your situation. You should always consult a licensed attorney or other qualified professional before acting on any finding in your report that has meaningful financial or legal consequences.

4. Accuracy; No Guarantee of Results

We use automated tools, including AI-assisted analysis, to generate your report. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the report is complete, error-free, or that it identifies every issue in your documents. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, savings, refund, or result from using your report or any material derived from it, including any sample letter. More broadly, we do not guarantee any specific results from your use of the Service.

5. Your Documents and Account Information

You represent that you have the right to upload the documents you submit, and that the information you provide (name, email, and any document content) is accurate. You may optionally redact certain information (such as names, addresses, or account numbers) before submitting your documents for analysis — this is offered for your convenience and is entirely optional.

Document Retention. Uploaded contract and invoice files are retained for 24 months from the date of submission and then automatically deleted; your generated report and account/submission information are retained beyond that point. See Section 7 (Data Retention) of our Privacy Policy for further detail.

6. Fees, Payment, and Access Terms

A free preview of certain findings is provided before payment. Redemption codes, where provided, may unlock a full report at no additional charge subject to the terms under which the code was issued.

  • One-Time Flat Fee: Access to the SaaS platform is granted upon a single, upfront payment of the flat fee specified at checkout. No recurring subscription or maintenance fees apply unless explicitly stated for optional add-ons.
  • Payment Processing via Stripe: All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified flat fee to your chosen payment method.
  • Immediate Access and Non-Refundability: Because access to the SaaS platform, its proprietary software, and features is provided immediately upon successful payment processing, all one-time flat fee payments are strictly non-refundable and final, except as explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Taxes: The flat fee may exclude applicable local, state, or international sales taxes or VAT. You are solely responsible for any such taxes based on your billing location, which will be calculated and added to your total checkout price by Stripe where required.
  • Chargeback and Dispute Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your platform access and account in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or failed transaction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload documents you do not have the right to submit, to misrepresent your identity, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

This Website is intended for use solely by residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. It is not intended for use in, and does not extend to, U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. 9. Eligibility

This Service is intended for business owners, operators, and authorized representatives of a business. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information promptly from our records. For more information on how we handle personal information generally, please review our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, software, and underlying analysis methods are owned by LSL Media LLC.

Ownership of Uploaded Documents. You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload (your contract, invoice, or other materials). By uploading a document, you grant LSL Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to access, process, and analyze that document solely for the purpose of generating your report and operating the Service. This license does not transfer ownership of your documents to us, and does not permit us to sell your document content to third parties or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Your Report. Your report and any generated draft materials (including any sample letter) are provided to you for your own personal or business use.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LSL MEDIA LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY REPORT OR MATERIAL IT GENERATES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LSL Media LLC harmless from any claims arising from your breach of this contract or your use of any report or draft letter, including any communication or action you take with a third party based on it.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory Arbitration. Except as set forth below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your report shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in Sumter County, Florida. For claims under $10,000, arbitration can be by telephone or video. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction with proper venue in Sumter County, Florida.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. You and LSL Media LLC agree that any arbitration, and any court proceeding permitted under this Section, shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, and each party waives any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to hello@commercialwastereview.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you decline arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sumter County, Florida, as described above.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.

For material (significant) changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before the revised Terms take effect, including by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you should discontinue use of the Service before the new Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections that do not affect your rights or obligations), we may update these Terms without advance notice. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent version.
