Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often — what the service is, how it works, what it costs, and how we handle your documents.
What the Service Is
What is CommercialWasteReview?
An independent audit tool that reviews your waste hauling contract and invoice side-by-side, so you know what you signed and what to watch for before your next renewal.
Are you affiliated with my waste hauler?
No. We're an independent third party. We don't work for, represent, or have any relationship with any waste hauling company.
Does this work with my hauler's contract?
Yes. Commercial Waste Review is designed to analyze standard front load dumpster service contracts uploaded by commercial customers, regardless of which waste hauler, operating in the United States, issued the agreement. Whether your contract is with a major provider, such as Waste Management, Republic, Waste Connections or a local or regional hauler, our tool processes standard commercial agreements provided they are clear and complete. Commercial Waste Review is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any waste hauler.
Is this legal advice?
No. Commercial Waste Review software does not constitute legal advice. Commercial Waste Review is an automated business software tool provided for informational and contract/invoice reconciliation purposes only. It is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to review your documents, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Using this report does not create an attorney-client relationship. State laws on auto renew billing provisions vary. Consult a licensed attorney to determine if specific statutory protections apply to your agreement in your jurisdiction.
How It Works
What do I need to upload?
Your waste hauling contract, your most recent invoice, or both. A contract-only upload gets a full risk-flag review; invoice-only gets a billing consistency check; For best results, both together gets the complete side-by-side comparison.
How long does it take to get my report?
Most reports are generated within 2 to 5 minutes of uploading your documents.
What if I only have one of the two documents right now?
You can add the missing one later at no extra charge, within 12 months of your original submission.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
A free preview shows you some of what we found. The full report's standard price is a flat $49, one-time, no subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get immediate access to your report upon payment, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
What's a redemption code?
A code (for example, from a postcard) that unlocks a full report at no charge, under the terms it was issued with.
What the Report Covers
What kinds of issues does the audit catch?
Auto-renewal clauses, uncapped rate increases, undisclosed fees, right-of-first-refusal clauses, liquidated damages, and narrow dispute windows, among others. State laws on auto renew billing provisions vary. Consult a licensed attorney to determine if specific statutory protections apply to your agreement in your jurisdiction.
If the report finds something, does that mean I have to switch haulers?
Not at all. Most findings are about being prepared — knowing your renewal date, understanding a clause, or having leverage to negotiate. Nothing in your report requires you to take any specific action.
Will you contact my hauler for me?
No. If your report includes a sample letter, it's a template for your own use — we never contact your hauler or negotiate on your behalf.
Privacy & Data
Do you share my documents with my hauler or anyone else?
No, never.
How long do you keep my uploaded documents?
Uploaded contract and invoice files are automatically deleted 24 months after submission. Your generated report is retained.
